  • INSTRUCTIONS

     

    1. You MUST request your Statement of Achievement  after you have completed all of your core competency courses.

     

    2. Fill out your contact information that you want presented on your Statement of Achievement.

     

    3. Indicate the number of core competency courses you have completed with buildABILITY.

     

    4. Your transcript will be emailed directly to the HCRA within 1-3 business days and you will also receive a copy.
