Difficult Defects: Part 2 – Floors & Stairs

Course Description

The Difficult Defects series tackles Tarion’s Top 10 claims and teaches you how to avoid, identify, and address them. In this seminar, you will learn all about floors and stairs defects. These defects often irritate homeowners. They can ruin an otherwise perfect house and can hurt your reputation and bottom line.

Join us for a fast-paced morning workshop and enjoy a complimentary breakfast. Meet other builders, build new connections, and hear advice from an expert on how to prevent pesky defects.

This is the second installment of the Difficult Defects series:

  • Part 1 – Paint, Trim & Drwall
  • Part 2 – Floors & Stairs

Note: You do not have to take the first part of the series to attend this one. This seminar is open to everyone.
